We paid attention to design based on the causes of injury and materials that can achieve the design for Neuro wrist guard.

Six materials are bonded together in seven layers to adjust pressure in key areas. The shoe was designed to be comfortable to wear and not interfere with sports movements, despite being fairly thin even after applying seven layers of special materials.

For the design, we thought about how the joint supports the motion that causes injury, and how design elements can make it more comfortable for the users to support the injured joint.

Smart Fit ankle guard does not simply fix your joints, where its key lies in material and design that supports areas where injuries frequently occur and allow more freedom of movement. Six new functional materials were double-bonded to separate the elastic wearing from the supporting surface that supports the joint, aligning the design with the root causes of injury.

Additionally, a Velcro system was applied to adjust pressure in areas prone to injuries. Subsidiary materials with strong fixation were used to ensure that the Velcro does not come loose under intense sports situations.

According to these principles, we selected all materials and subsidiary materials that have high basic elastic restoration force.

Most existing waist guards consist of medical devices for treatment or recovery. Therefore, many fixed braces are made of thicker materials to immobilize the joint, similar to a cast, making them difficult to wear comfortably for long periods of time in daily life.
The Neuro waist guard was designed to solve the discomfort caused by existing braces that restrict joint movement, making them unsuitable for sports activities. By combining new materials and medical sports design, the brace was created to be more comfortable for both daily wear and sports activities.
