Rejection of unauthorized email collection

Please note that we prohibit the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website through email harvesting programs or other technical devices. Violations may result in criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection. Article 50-2 (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses, etc.)
(1) No person shall collect email addresses by means of a program or other technical device that automatically collects email addresses from an Internet website where the user has expressly opted out of the collection of e-mail addresses.
(2) No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of the provisions of paragraph 1.
(3) No person shall use an email address that is prohibited from collection, sale and distribution under the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 to transmit information.

Article 65-2 (Penalty) A person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs are subject to a fine of not more than KRW 10 million.
(1) Persons who have taken technical measures in violation of the provisions of Article 50-4.
(2) Persons who transmit commercial information for commercial purposes in violation of the provisions of Article 50-6.
(3) Persons who uses e-mail addresses for collection, sales, distribution, or transmission of information in violation of Article 50-2.
